153/000. For small designer companies with a limited budget who just require small production runs, it is very difficult to find shirt fabrics at affordable prices. Even if fabric suppliers can be sourced, it may be difficult to buy the fabrics in small quantities. We can help you with mens shirt fabric sourcing.

It is in purchasing fabrics that the small designer has most scope in being able to cut costs. They cannot afford to cut corners on the patterns or the making quality, although obviously neither do they want to be “stitched up” in these areas.

But in buying fabrics there are ways to purchase fabrics cheaply without stinting on quality. It is important however, not to be too narrowly focused on a specific fabric if this fabric is hard to obtain at a good price.

It is possible to buy fabrics at a fraction of the cost they would otherwise be. With the mark-up this can make the final price of your shirt significantly lower than it would otherwise need to be.
