Georgie is a freelance pattern maker, sample maker, dressmaker and general sewing machinist.  She works from her home studios in North London.

Georgie attended Winchester School Of Art at the University of Southampton,  gaining a 2:1 BA (Hons) in fashion and textile design in 2014.

Experienced in teaching both adults and children, Georgie is available  for  one-to-one pattern cutting and sewing classes. Workshops and lessons can be tailored to the clients needs. Beginners and domestic  home sewers are welcome.

Merchant Taylors Golden Sheers Award.

Georgie  entered this prestigious Savile Row competition in 2009 and 2011. She reached the final round on both occasions, entering a tailoring outfit and patterns.

How much does Georgie charge ?

Georgie charges an hourly rate of £30 for pattern cutting, sampling and teaching. Plus postage.

Does she charge for pattern alterations ?

The pattern price includes one set of pattern alterations.

What form are the patterns ?

They are physical patterns in either paper or card.

Can she do digital patterns ?

Although Georgie cannot supply digital patterns, a colleague may be able to provide that service.
