Their factory is located in Mansfield in the East Midlands area of the UK, close to Speedo Internationals global HQ. They work with established brands, swimwear startups, and individual clients.
They are swimwear and lingerie specialists, with forty five years experience between them, making all types of contour garments, swimsuits, bikinis, and lingerie.
Kirsty deals with the Nottingham clients initially. Her experience is in pattern cutting, grading, fitting, factory pack creation, garment tech, and factory visits.
Tracy has thirty years experience as a lingerie and swimwear seamstress, and is a very experienced contour sample machinist.

Kirsty offers a one-stop-shop for their clients. She is also happy to provide the services individually if required. They specialise in sample development and small production runs for established UK brands, startups, and individual clients.
Many of our UK clients are completely new to the fashion business, so require a lot of help to make sure they get exactly what they want. Even if they dont really know what they want, or cant illustrate it to begin with.
Helping Beginners With Swimwear Design.
Many of our clients are complete beginners, and dont know where to start, or even how to sketch their design ideas. Kirsty can help develop your ideas, and provide technical sketches.
Fabric And Trim Sourcing.
Having access to many UK fabric and trim suppliers, Kirsty is happy to provide a sourcing service for clients. Sourcing can be very time consuming, and almost impossible for inexperienced startups. It is well worth paying for this sourcing service, unless you have plenty of free time.
Sample Development.
Sample development, or simply sampling is the process of producing a sample. Depending on what the client provides, this could be just making the sample. It could also involve designing, mentoring, sourcing, pattern cutting, sample cutting, fitting, and tech pack creation.
Tech Packs.
Kirsty offers a tech pack design service for swimwear and lingerie. A tech pack is your blueprint for your designs, to ensure that you get what you reall want.
Pattern Cutting.
Pattern cutting is part of the sample development service, but can be offered as to clients as a freelance pattern cutting service if required. Contour and stretch garments are very specialised areas of pattern cutting that require advanced skills and knowledge.
The Design.
The design process begins with discussing the designs with the client. It is advisable for the client to provide as much information as possible for their design ideas. Images, fabric swatches, reference garments, along with any other sources of inspiration are very useful.

Specialist Machinery.
Specialist machinery is vital in making swimwear and lingerie. The Mansfield factory is fully equipped with specialist industrial sewing machines including lock stitch, overlocker, 3 point zig-zag, bone casing, binder, bar tack, twin needle cover seam, and rubber overlock.
Fit Meetings.
With both swimwear and lingerie It is essential to ensure that your garments fit perfectly. Kirsty can provide a fitting service if required.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ).
There is no minimum order quantity, although single garments would be charged as samples. A suggested quantity would be in the range of 50-100. For larger quantities they work with a fabulous factory in Romania that have a minimum of 200 garments.
